Experimental and theoretical studies have proposed different initiation reactions for the decomposition of hexahydro‐1,3,5‐trinitro‐1,3,5‐triazine (RDX). Three primary reactions are considered to start RDX decomposition: homolytic N? N bond fission, HONO elimination, and concerted fission of C? N bonds. The focus of this article is to study the effect of external forces on the energy barrier and reaction energies of all three mechanisms. We used the Nudged Elastic Band method along with ab initio Density Functional Theory within the framework of a generalized force‐modified potential energy surface (G‐FMPES) to calculate the minimum energy paths at different compressive (corresponding to pressure between approximately 6 and 294 MPa) and expansive force values (between 10 and 264 pN). For all three reactions, the application of an expansive force increases the exothermicity and lowers the energy barriers to different extents, while a compressive force decreases the exothermicity and raises the energy barrier to different extents. 相似文献

We present accurate quantum dynamic calculations of the reaction C(1D) + HD on the latest version of the potential energy surface [Zhang et al., J. Chem. Phys. 140, 234301 (2014)]. Using a Chebyshev real wave packet method with full Coriolis coupling, we obtain the initial state‐specified ( ) reaction probabilities, integral cross sections, and rate constants. The resulting probabilities display oscillatory structures due to numerous long‐lived resonances supported by the deep potential well. The calculated rate constants and CD/CH product branching ratio at room temperature are in reasonably good agreement with the experimental measurements. 相似文献

Global X2A′ potential energy surface of Li2H and quantum dynamics of H + Li2 (X1Σg+) → Li + LiH (X1Σ+) reaction 下载免费PDF全文
A global potential energy surface (PES) for the electronic ground state of Li2H system is constructed over a large configuration space. About 30 000 ab initio energy points have been calculated by MRCI‐F12 method with aug‐cc‐pVTZ basis set. The neural network method is applied to fit the PES and the root mean square error of the current PES is only 1.296 meV. The reaction dynamics of the title reaction has been carried out by employing time‐dependent wave packet approach with second order split operator on the new PES. The reaction probability, integral cross section and thermal rate constant are obtained from the dynamics calculation. In most of the collision energy regions, the integral cross sections are in well agreement with the results reported by Gao et al. The rate constant calculated from the new PES increases in the temperature range of present investigation. 相似文献

System ringing is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of data obtained in high speed dynamic material tests using servo-hydraulic machines. This phenomenon is characterized by vibrations originated by the excitation of predominant modes of the machine during tests, producing distinctive waves in material curves that severely distort the required results. In the specialized literature, the quantitative study of these vibrations has mainly been carried out considering the testing machine as a single degree of freedom system, which has led to a general understanding of the variables involved in the process. However, discrepancies between analytical predictions and experimental observations have been detected using the single degree of freedom approach, so the need for further detailed study of machine dynamic characteristics has been reported. The work presented in this paper addresses this requirement by means of a detailed characterization of the dynamic behavior of a MTS 819.10 high rate testing system. Natural frequencies, mode shapes and damping factors have been obtained from an experimental modal analysis performed on the machine and a mathematical model of the process has been developed from these modal parameters. This model has been used to detect the modes that have the greatest influence in system ringing when testing rubber at high strain rates, and to predict quantitatively the amplitudes of vibrations produced in the process. Material curves have been corrected by subtracting the predicted undulations from the original measurements, obtaining smooth curves that adequately reflect the real material behavior at high strain rates and, thus, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed procedure. Although the research conducted in this work has been focused on rubber, the procedure can be extended equally to characterize other materials, thus constituting a valuable tool to correct experimental measurements contaminated by ringing. 相似文献

10‐Deacetylbaccatin III, an important semisynthetic precursor of paclitaxel and docetaxel, can be extracted from Taxus wallichiana Zucc. A process for the isolation and purification of 10‐deacetylbaccatin III ( 1 ), baccatin III ( 2 ), and 7β‐xylosyl‐10‐deacetyltaxol ( 3 ) from the leaves and branches of Taxus wallichiana Zucc. via macroporous resin column chromatography combined with high‐speed countercurrent chromatography or reversed‐phase flash chromatography was developed in this study. After fractionation by macroporous resin column chromatography, 80% methanol fraction was selected based on high‐performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry qualitative analysis. A solvent system composed of n‐hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol, and water (1.6:2.5:1.6:2.5, v/v/v/v) was used for the high‐speed countercurrent chromatography separation at a flow rate of 2.5 mL/min. The reversed‐phase flash chromatography separation was performed using methanol/water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 3 mL/min. The high‐speed countercurrent chromatography separation produced compounds 1 (10.2 mg, 94.4%), 2 (2.1 mg, 98.0%), and 3 (4.6 mg, 98.8%) from 100 mg of sample within 110 min, while the reversed‐phase flash chromatography separation purified compounds 1 (9.8 mg, 95.6%) and 3 (4.9 mg, 97.9%) from 100 mg of sample within 120 min. 相似文献

A novel method was developed for the purification of two typical diarrhetic shellfish poisoning toxins from toxin‐producing marine microalgae using macroporous resin, high‐speed countercurrent chromatography–mass spectrometry, and semipreparative high‐performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Analytical high‐performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry was used for identification and purity analysis of okadaic acid and dinophysistoxin‐1 because they exhibit no visible or ultraviolet absorption. First, four kinds of macroporous resins were investigated, and HP‐20 macroporous resin was selected for the preenrichment and cleanup of the two target toxins. Second, the resin‐purified sample was further purified using high‐speed countercurrent chromatography coupled with a mass spectrometer. The purities of the obtained okadaic acid and dinophysistoxin‐1 were 89.0 and 83.0%, respectively, as determined through analytical high‐performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Finally, further purification was carried out using semipreparative high‐performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry, and the purities of the final okadaic acid and dinophysistoxin‐1 products were both over 98.0% based on the analytical high‐performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry chromatograms and fraction spectra. This work demonstrates that the proposed purification process is a powerful method for the preparation of high‐purity okadaic acid and dinophysistoxin‐1 from toxin‐producing marine microalgae. Moreover, it is particularly important for the purification and preparation of minor toxins that exhibit no visible or ultraviolet absorption from harmful marine algae. 相似文献
